  • Physiotherapist – as part of a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary team, this role is responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating person-centred Physiotherapy services that deliver choice and control to NDIS and other participants, and meet participant plan goals for the NDIS and other schemes.   • Occupational Therapist – as part of a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary team, this role is responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating person-centred Occupational Therapy services for paediatric and / or adult clients that deliver choice and control to NDIS and other participants, and meet participant plan goals for the NDIS or other schemes.  The Position Description is available here.   • Disability Support Workers – recruitment is currently underway for a team of part time and casual Disability Support Workers to support a male participant who requires a high level of personal care.   • Short Term Accommodation (STA) Project Officer – Expressions of Interest are called for this exciting new position. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this contract position is responsible for scoping, developing and implementing service delivery models for 2 x 4 bed Short Term Accommodation residences for people with complex needs.
