  • Physiotherapist – as part of a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary team, this role is responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating person-centred Physiotherapy services that deliver choice and control to NDIS and other participants, and meet participant plan goals for the NDIS and other schemes.   • Occupational Therapist (new graduate and P2 level positions available) – as part of a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary team, this role is responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating person-centred Occupational Therapy services for paediatric and / or adult clients that deliver choice and control to NDIS and other participants, and meet participant plan goals for the NDIS or other schemes.  The Position Description is available for Professional level 1 (New Graduate) is available here.   • Allied Health Assistant – as part of a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary team, this role is responsible for assisting with the delivery of client care by supporting Allied Health professionals with the provision of programs, including group and individual treatments across the life span.  The Position Description is available here.   • Disability Support Workers – recruitment is currently underway for a team of part time and casual Disability Support Workers to support a male participant who requires a high level of personal care.
